Refund Policy

1. Overview

Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed products, we offer refunds only under specific circumstances. Each item is made to order based on customer-provided designs, and as such, cannot be resold or reused.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective or damaged

  • The item does not match the approved design or specifications

  • The wrong product, size, or quantity was delivered

To qualify, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence

  • The order number
     

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect design submissions or low-resolution artwork

  • Minor variations in colour or placement due to printing processes

  • Orders that have already entered production
     

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Once printing starts, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider

  • In Most cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead
